Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Refund Policy: No refunds under any circumstances. Once a lesson is booked and confirmed, the payment is non-refundable. Gifted Lessons: Lessons can be transferred to a friend or family member if you cannot attend. Notify us in advance with the recipient’s details. Schedule Alterations: Instructors may alter the schedule based on availability. You will be notified in advance of any changes. Cancellation & Alteration Policy: Bookings cannot be canceled or altered within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson. Session Recording for Safety: Driving sessions may be recorded using a dashboard camera (dash cam) for safety and training purposes. Recordings will be handled with privacy and in compliance with data protection laws.
