Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once a driving lesson is booked and confirmed, the payment is non-refundable. Gifted Lessons: While we do not provide refunds, we understand that circumstances may change. As an alternative, we allow our customers to gift their booked lessons to someone else. If you are unable to attend a scheduled lesson, you have the option to gift it to a friend or family member. Please notify us in advance with the details of the recipient. Schedule Alterations: Our driving instructors may need to alter the lesson schedule based on their availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your preferred schedule. In the event of any changes, our instructors will provide advance notice to ensure transparency and convenience. Cancellation and Alteration Policy: Bookings cannot be canceled or altered within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson. This policy is in place to allow our instructors sufficient time to adjust their schedules and to avoid any disruptions in our lesson planning. Session Recording for Safety: For the safety of both our instructors and students, we may record driving sessions using a dashboard camera (dash cam). The recordings are solely for safety and training purposes, helping us maintain the highest standards in driving instruction. Rest assured, recordings will be handled with the utmost privacy and in compliance with relevant data protection laws.
